TRICKS NOT PAY THE FUNERAL POLICY MONEY FOR THE DECEASED

My father who insured my Grandmother died then my mother was the beneficiary. My mother also died then I was made the beneficiary by the state.

I have the Estate letter and the Letter of Authority for all my mother's assets. Old Mutual requested that I should get the Letter of Authority for my Grandmother and the Magistrate confirmed that I cannot get such because I am not my Grandmother's child therefore I cannot get her Estate.

Old Mutual asked me to go and request Letter of Authority for my father,Magistrate said she cannot issue 2 letters for the same assets by virtue of me having Estate over my mother's assets I have for my father because my father left an Estate to my mother.

Old Mutual then asked me to go and ask Magistrate to put the above in writing,Magistrate said she doesn't write such letters.

Old Mutual requested that I write an affidavit indicating what Magistrate has said,I did that and emailed it on the 20th of November 2018.

I further told Old Mutual that the Magistrate said they must call her so that she explains that directly to Old Mutual but Old Mutual refused to call the Magistrate.

My Grandmother died on the 8th of November 2018 and I was forced to plan burial for the 24th of November because of these delays, still it looks like I will not make it for the 24th.

This is frustrating kindly assist I still owe the mortuary,the body cannot be released.
