Treating loyal client like trash!
Im getting the run around with omf!
Please note that I went to your N1 branch on the 3rd February, 28th February aswell as 9th February.
Yet to date I only received a refund on one policy with the amount of R193.
I still need to be refunded for 3 policies which is ***, *** and ***.
Note that it currently it is 28 business days already I've been to the branch 3 times. This is unacceptable!!!
