TRASH OLD MUTUAL

I would have rated no stars if there was an option. I’ve received the worst possible service from Old Mutual from when the policy was taken out to date. I regret taking the policy with them! They’ve requested me to complete forms with information that they have on hand and that hasn’t changed before they can process my withdrawal that is now going into the second week with no communication from them unless I call enquiring about this.
