Transport refund

<p>My mum passed away in May last year and she had join old mutual policy which included them paying for transport. Old mutual decided not to pay for transport on time and we used our own money and they promised to refund us. My dad went to the branches several times and spoke to several consultants which promised to pay, one of them is Mzukisi. I then decided to call Old mutual and on the phone I spoke to Ray and sent him emails with all the documents required, but still nothing was done till today. This is really disgusting and disappointing. We really sad that we never got the refund after submitting and being up and down with the documents</p>
