Transfer issuses
I have been trying to get my old policy from liberty to be transferred to my new old mutual retirement annuity policy. The guy from liberty was asking for documents, and the advisor just sent me into a tail spin. I eventually put them in contact with each other and still my adviser or whoever can not give liberty the right documents. This has been going on now for 4 months
