Toxic work environment

The service was ok was just ruined by the manager there. I am an active client and I love building relationships with the consultants, it makes my life easier because I can Watsaap them anytime regarding my policy. In the last 6 months, I had to deal with new consultants who knew nothing about my accounts because the ones who knew resigned. As a reporter, it sparked some interest, after some research I found out that people resign there because of the manager, I was not surprised because of the incident that happened at Daveyton SAPS where the manager was screaming and being rude at the consultant, I was so angry just hearing the disrespect she had for people under her leadership, I would’ve resigned too. we even called their office to find out who she is, her name is Fredah Sefako. Old Mutual should really do an internal investigation at Boskburg north to see why are people resigning in this economy. Toxic work environment!! I will also post on social media with the evidence provided by victims of work abuse featuring Old Mutual.
