TOTALLY USELESS

I've been trying for the past few days to cancel my RA with Old Mutual. The last time I tried a few months ago, I eventually gave up because no-one ever gets back to you. I've sent around 5 e-mails - the only person who responds is the payroll person who forwards it to customer services where everything comes to a grinding halt! If this is how they treat their customers who are still alive, what in the world will happen if my loved ones ever need to claim anything from these *********** people!<br> <br> Time to find another insurer for all of my policies - you are USELESS!!!<br>
