Totally ****ed Off Client
i cannot believe the incompetence of the people in this company all you do is get through to call centres they have no idea what is going on and when you start getting upset after two days of trying the phone gets put down, they seem to have lost one of my policys and nobody can tell me where the money is when the call centre eventually gives me a cell number off a manager she spent 5 minutes asking how i got her personnel cell number but couldnt give a damn about my problem

21 Feb 2022, 07:50And sure enough once again Old Mutual goes missing in action they have made a complete hash of one of my policys putting it into wrong account now another small policy i need urgently they suddenly have my ID number incorrect after being with them almost 30 years and as usual speak to anyone there they will either come back to you or its wrong dept i have never dealt with a company so frustrating in my life
