I can't believe these people, I have a tax free savings plan I went to put in a claim because I desperately need my money I was told 5 working days to get my money, 7 days later still no money, i call in only to get told we are sorry you were **** to but it takes 11 working days, same thing happened to my boyfriend and he was told 15 working days. Our lives depend on this money this is bull**** I am canceling all my policies with them both me and my partner are canceling all our live covers, funeral policy everything
