With the passing of my brother on 26 November 2023 was an unexpected tragedy as he was healthy. I received his death certificate on 28th and went to the Kuils River branch to submit my claim the staff made me feel so welcome and I could see that they feel my pain.

I would recommend anyone to you guys.

The same day I submit my claim with avbob also and I am still waiting. Guys can you please give avbob some training cause they dont know how to treat customers.
