Top 5 places on my Top 5 Worst Experience list

It is the worst part of my day if I have to deal with Old Mutual in any way. Even people who work there has expressed their frustration with the bad/non-existent service. It's not one person in particular that is bad, I'm suspecting it's the systems on the inside. I can't hold on the line for 30 minutes before someone either picks up or the line is dropped. But I also see I might as well get in line with the complaints... there have been many before me saying the same thing, and yet, nothing changes. So sad for the Financial Industry. Get with it Mutual.
