TOO MANY OLD MUTUAL DEDUCTIONS IN MY PAYSLIP

I took out a retirement policy with Old Mutual and the agreement was that they will start with deduction in March but anyway they start immediately in November with stop order at my work place. Old mutual deduct twice in December and January then in February they add same amount and it became three times and now in March the add same amount to four times.

I called the agent who make me sign the forms she is helpful but she doesn't tell me what's going because that money is not reflecting when I go to old mutual shops. The amount reflected is only for two months whereas I have contributed the amount with so many deduction.

I went to Old Mutual shop on the 10th March in Braamfontein they promised that all available amount will be paid back within 48 hours but until today no payment done.

So please Old Mutual if you have ****** who are busy taking our money please sort them out immediately.

I want all my money back and cancel that policy with immediate effect.
