Told I was done a favor for being assisted

liked Old Mutual,have an excellent advisor, recommend to family & pals. also like the Alberton Voortrekker branch as I have time & again received great service from them, all changed yesterday(8/6/ 2015)actually got a shock & disappointed at the same when I visited the them to surrender my policy as I want to rather have that money paid into my retirement. was assisted by a black lady with short blond hair no name tag,who send me back to fetch a statement & upon my return she told me that she was closed \ I am closed what must I do with you now?"were her words "
