<div>My name is Tebogo Magdeline Mfati,I have a 5years investment plan with Old Mutual and I joined the Policy December 2014 and it reached it's maturity time December 2019. My financial Advisor is Mr Lesiba Phago and he advised me with an Old Mutual projector but now Old Mutual deny me the Opportunity to to get my money.I didn't receive my 5years contract and I kept on demanding for it but Mr Lesiba said he send it to my postal address while he was lying because I also made a Contact with the Branch Manager by the name of Mr Ryan Olivier whom he traced if I got my contract and he found out that Mr Lesiba did not sent it.Mr Olivier said to me that Mr Lesiba Phago made 15years plan because the longer the term the better commission for Mr Phago and that he's been misleading me for the entire 5YEARS.I know that I made 5years plan and I supposed to get money in December 2019 because November 2018 I wanted to settle my premiums with the amount of R18,000 but Mr Lesiba wanted me to borrow him my money but I denied. Now I'm unhappy because Mr Olivier and the Area manager force me to accept the money that reflects on the system and they also gave me some forms to fill them and send those forms back to them but on those forms there is a space left for them fill the amount not in my presence.All I want is my 5years plan money. </div>
