TL Weinstein: OM Wealth Retirement Annuity ***7 ([CMPLNTS***3]) - Ref: [OMWCRM***]
The directives for SARS are incorrect. I lodged my first complaint on the Old Mutual Wealth website in Sept 2022, I was advised in December that it was corrected. But still I cannot load my return on SARS website and the last email sent has still not been responded to. SARS is penalizing me. Old Mutual Wealth said they would pay the penalties but still it is my reputation with SARS! And still it is not sorted.
