Tired of this unprofessional company

Dealing with old mutual is very frustrating. Firstly you hold the entire hour to get someone to assist you. I have a loan with them it was handed over to vericred because I couldn't pay it anymore as I was no longer working.

I then started paying it this year R250 a month I paid on vericred for 2 months then when I called them to just check my account I was told it's no longer with them, then they said I should call old mutual legal team, I got a very rude lady telling me that they will tell me where is the account handed over to. That was last month up until today I don't know what is happening with that account.

This is so frustrating I just regret why I took this loan with old mutual from the first place. I need this resolved I don't want anything to do with this company anymore. I keep on calling them using my airtime and I don't get any help.
