Tink twice before going to Old Mutual..
Unsatisfied with the service of old mutual think twice before using them... Been struggling to get answers from my provident fund claim now for more then a week everyday I call them they have a different excuses.

Everyday I phone you more then once and everytime I will get put on hold and then get different answers to what is going on with the tax directive... I mean it has been since the 10th that you guys are waiting for the tax directive and when I call everyone says a different story.. so I'm really getting frustrated..Why do we have to wait so long for our money..
