time wasters

We called in multiple times regarding this situation. We have a funeral plan and we called last week again. We agreed to money being deducted on the last day of the month not mid month; every time you guys do this we been charged 150 rand. We called last week Melissa said we would be refunded the 750 .. but now this month you guys go and do it again. We sent through bank statements now it will cost us to get another damn bank statement. You are a bunch of time and money wasters. This money needs to be refunded.
