I joined superfund with old mutual and also joined the rewards program and the service is very poor, after getting my points on reward i tried to redeem but i was told to send my ID copy and proof of res which l did when i called back for feedback i was told since i have a product with old mutual it would update but weeks later nothing i then called in and was helped by a very ****y lady by the name of GCOBISA MNCANGCENI not very helpfull she told me i must send id and proof of res, i went to police station and got ID certified and also sent proof of res, now i being told they do not want an ID copy with stamps , so how do you FICA my documents if they are not certified, this is **** and dont promote products that you are unwilling to help with, every email i sent and call goes to one consultant GCOBISA and worse she is not helpful
