Three months unpaid Profindent Fund from Old Mutaul

It's been 3 months now am retrenched From work never get paid my Profindent fund due to saccawu unoin joined at workplace my profident fund is with Old Mutual but nobody cares about update of paying off. Calling them is such a waist of time it so frustrating to berg for your own money you worked for but I am not surprised even getting yearly statement was a mission it was always a year behind I wonder if the calculations were correct this is so ridiculous
