This person does not know what she/he is doing NAWAAL ALLEN

I have taken up a tax free investment last month for my son but, same does not appear on my portfolio. This NAWAAL ALLEN, send me an email on Tuesday saying that it is not my policy. If same cannot be linked to my portfolio then cancel it and reverse my money, how do I monitor same. I have tried all I could to get hold of this NAWAAL ALLEN, first I called and I was transferred to switchboard who is also unprofessional , who then transferred me to his/her office but no answer. I had to cut the line and call again same happened and the switchboard operator gave me the number to contact after lunch. I did same after 13:00 since all other calls were before that and still no answer. May email is still yet to be answered. If you cant link that policy to my portfolio and also cant reverse my money tell me and I will go and do it myself. Happy technology is advance this days.
