This is the second time that I’m writing to Hellopeter as Old Mutual hasn’t given me any tangible feedback regarding my policy claim. It can never be after the phone calls my family and myself received from them to do some investigations they still don’t have any results as it’s been close to 3 weeks after the calls, other then that it’s been a month now. This is frustrating having that I have other policies with the same company, and this is my first time claiming and what a very stressful journey it has been.
