This is really bad

On Monday a guy called Jafet Mclean called me after i send a called back. I asked him to help me with the funeral policy and he suggest that he will ask one of the financial advisors to call me. Some time after that call i received a call from a certain financial advisor at Old Mutual. She didnt gave me time to ask her name again because it was in a hurry. Now that a consultant called me and i asked for a proof of the policy,there is nothing on the system. The date were 07/12 at 14:35 for 24mins and 27 seconds. The number ***
