This is just not acceptible
<p>I ahve written 2 complaints about Old Muttual and im still not satisfied with how this is handled.</p> <p>Our car was involved in an accident on May 07th, Its been been 2 months and 4days and the car is not fixed.</p> <p>The car was taken to Auto Lab in Menlyn and a lady by Helena has been handling this and im ustaunded by her incompetense. A control arm was damnaged from the accident and it was only replaced week 30 June since the car was towed on the 07th May.</p> <p>Im not interested in why some people were sitting on theier asses anymore because this is just unacceptible. Week ending 30th June Auto Lab siad the car was ready for collection. I drove the car that weekend and i must say that was a death matchine, the car was not tested. You can not drive over 90km/h without the car swirving and skidding out of the road, a death matchine waiitng to **** us.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took the car back to Auto Lab on Tuesday 04th, i handed the keys to Helena and some matchine and explicitly told them what the car was doing and that they never tested the car before they handed it over. A full week later and were back to where we were, Helena is not talking my calls and the issurance aswell is nowhere to be found.</p> <p>I fail to understand how this can be taken to lightly, is it because of my skin colour thats why im treated this way. How can replacing a control arm take 9 weeks, i need somebody to explain to me.</p> <p>What hurts out of all this experience is the inconvenience that this has caused me and my family.</p> <p>Rest assured, i am cancelling my insurance and all policies we have with Old Mutual.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need my car back fixed and safe to drive by end of this week.</p> <p>Can somebody take ownership of this and get my car back to me. I am sick and tired of complaining about this poor service from Old Mutual and Auto Lab. Were they coluding to somehow get my car written off, because i can understand why replacing a control arm would take 9 weeks to replace.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im honestly disgusted with the service i have received from both these horrible service providers.</p> <p> </p>
