This company is pathetic, unprofessional and ******.

I solemnly not a happy customer, I have been a loyal customer for this company since 2013, and for that matter I have never claimed from since that time. I have both parents both turning 60 this year. I have been consistent and have never missed even one debit order even though at times Old mutual will send it’s system to debit a day or two earlier, I have been consistent. For the last 2 months old mutual couldn’t deduct the money, they cancelled my policy with out hesitation and without sending me a message or to asked what could be the problem. I feel this company is pathetic and they are ******☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️I won’t recommend anyone to take their funeral policies, I hate them....
