Third time strike
Last year September I was asked for the second time to complete the tax residency form. Even though I already completed it. This time they want me to go into the store an complete it for a third time. This is pure incompotents. So tell me does the CEO know that their staff are trying to loose their clients

14 Mar 2024, 13:59So today, I called to cancel my policy since I will continue have this issue. I spoke to 2 people and their apology didn't help. Now I do not know what to do. I feel helpless. They holding onto my funds which I need. Is their anyone else who is stuck like me?

I received no support as promised. And You would think on the 3rd day after 5 days of disputes my money would be in. The people assigned to help, is not helpful and all. All they do is promise to follow up .

20 Mar 2024, 10:38Hi Tasneem, the disinvestment has been finalised. Our records show that the disinvestment is in pricing currently. Pricing is the selling of the units to get the rand value. This is a unitized investment and as such we need to obtain the actual unit price when withdrawing the funds. We can unfortunately not expedite this process. If the funds does not reflect as confirmed via email. Pease respond and we will assist you accordingly.
