Think thoroughly before doing business here

Created an account on here just to inform other people of my terrible experience with them. If i was allowed to give this business zero stars, i would. In March 2024 they were instructed to move ALL my funds to another institution, of which only my RA was moved, but there is another discretionary portion they need to release, which i was informed of only THREE months later. It's July 2024 and i'm STILL stuck on phone calls and emails with them to get my funds.

What makes things worse i was informed by one of their call center agents recently that my funds will finally be released on Friday(2024-07-05), here i am still having to be on phone calls and email trying to find out what the hold up is.

Just today (2024-07-08) i had to make three calls, cutting into my cellphone bill which is not cheap just to get an answer.
