*******.... Frustrating service.... Disappointed...

After years of having funeral & Educational plan with Old Mutual, I app**** for a Holiday, where they don't debit your account, but if anything should happen you can still claim. I regret using that service because it is also confusing them, as people who created it. Getting back to normal process now they tell me I owe them that money, I have to pay it back, but it shows on the system that I app**** for the holiday. Apparently I still owe them for 2019 where as after re-instating that holidays nonsense, at wonderpark branch they said I am fine, all is in order, I can claim anytime and proceed with my payments. All the other payments I did at the Post office don't even reflect on their records, how will I trust them with my kids educational plan if they can't manage my account. I regret ever investing with them, because they assured me my payment are in order, and now system shows missing payments.
