Last month I paid up both my loan accounts with old mutual finance because I was irritated by the fact that they handed me over to their legal department even though I had never missed a single payment on them. Even got paid up letters mailed to me but to my surprise this morning I found out they deducted on my account again those bunch of *******. Which makes me wonder what I'm paying for if my accounts are paid in full?
