Thievery has a name "Old Mutual".

This company charges me advisory fee yet there's no advisor assigned to my portfolio. My contributions (15509.70) are a couple of hundred rands short (Fund Value 14709), yet I pay them to grow my so called "investment". Putting the money under my mattress would have out performed this mediocre investment! This is just for one of my two policies for which I had to be passed around for close to an hour without any solid assistance. The call centre agents and advisers know nothing about the workings of the products. They even advised that I pay the investment no mind and see the fruits at maturity. Really now? The people are said to know are the traders but unfortunately they don't interact with clients. Can someone help me get answers please
