They wont pay my money

I had negativity about t old mutual but necer take it seriously until it gave me false information. I terminated my Retirement plan on the 9th April 2021 I was told that it will take 15 to 21 days for the funds to be processed. 21 business days elapsed on the 12th May 2021. I have called my financial advisor, the call centre and nobody is giving me a clear answer. Im being sent from post to pillar one of the callcentre consultants advised me that my application was processed and completed on the 20th April she doesnt know why I haven't received my money. Clearly its difficult to pay my money I have been saving with them its not a loan. Today i called again same story someone is looking at it and we will call you back but still no call back or email with the answer. I now believe the incompetence of Old mutual and will never ever again invest with them.

Today I just called SARS, since Old Mutual was claiming that my claim is still with them. Boom! SARS told me that claim was finalised on their side on the 23th April and was send back to Old Mutual the very same day. What a joke, today is the 18th May and still I dont have my money. Are tbey still making interest with money. When I asked for transactional statement I got to find out that instead of getting interest i was charged they were lot of minus transactions marked with red every month they were deducting some money how does that work?

I just send SARS this email because someone is lying. You said you did not receive that, SARS assured me it was send back to you onthe 23rd. What joke!
