They take your money, no problem, but there is no customer service when you need them

Last year I made a lump sum payment into my RA in order to benefit from a bigger tax rebate this year. The tax certificate I received from Old Mutual was only for my monthly contributions and excluded my lump sum payment. It has been almost 4 weeks trying to get hold of them, you hold on forever, and when you finally get through, you get cut off, dealing with a financial broker and his manager and still no progress with my problem. My patience is wearing very thing with Old Mutual and I am now resorting to Hellopeter in the hope that this gets sorted out.
