They take your money for policies but never wants to grant you a loan

<p>I app**** for a loan with Old Mutual, i got approved and was told to send payslips and statements, after that they declined me saying i didnt reveal the amount i pay for rent, but i ddnt lie about that, i gather rent and pay it from my account. What disappointed me is that Old Mutual debits more R1000 from my account worth of policies, when they want you to take out their policies they dont search you and ask you so many questions they just complete the form and start debiting your account but when they have to help you they search you even within within your toes. I have been loyal to Old Mutual I thought they are my family. I'm cancelling all my policies with them i'll take with Assupol anf Liberty rather.</p>
