They say they will help ,but this not true

I looked on the internet how i can get myself out of debt and Old Mutual painted a lovely picture of how they can , i than was twice told all approved signed documents and for some strange reason was told today after a week of running around that they wont help, just like that. I was declined cause i transfer money to my son and daughters accounts who are both under 12 , one to be specific is 6 and they feel thats money i dont have. I explained why i did it and also what i did with the money yet they still decline , i have asked for a better reason than this for their decline still no one calls back. Was promised the Team leader will explain to me , but i asked for a letter explaining why , i feel disappointed at this service and this from people who say they will help.
