They ****** me my money of my investments.

I complained about them canceling my investment without consulting me 1st, they told me to come to the branch so we can sort it out but still when we call head office no respond for an hour and a half holding for assistance. I really hate old mutual with a passion and would never let anyone close to me do business with them, they ****** me my money and now I have to be busy complaining about them and they don't care.
