They playing hide & seek in paying my claim

I have been paying monthly a fee for my provident fund witch is a SACAWU Provident fund witch is under Old Mutual from 2 years. I recently resigned October 2014 till today its been 6 months I havent got my money and the process takes 6 weeks. I have been calling every week from January 2015 and I have been treated with no respect, I've been treated as less emportant, I've been **** to and promises were **** that I would be called back by a supervisor witch was just a way to get me off their faces.<br> <br> I have leant that Old Mutual only care about taking money from me and not I don't matter that they must pay my claim. <br> <br> All I want is my money, I have worked very hard for I and I will never again use Old Mutua's services because they suck.
