I am have one of the worse customer serves with old mutual. The unwilling to assist attitude from their call centre agants and even some of their mangers. It's been a year since I have been straggling to change the debt date and now those policies have lapsed. I have been paying those policies from 2010 and because of their mishaps those policies are now closed. For me that is as ******** as it can get having paid for so long and company just stops do their part I must bea the price
