They knew the atm was faulty but no one took the time to fix it.

I am deeply saddened by what happened today at the old mutual atm. This afternoon around 12h35 i went to withdraw 4000 rand to pay the funeral home but the atm gave me onlyR2000. 00.when i got to the branch i was told that they know that the atm does that every now and then and my money is probably taken by the following customer behind me. I was un able to pay the funeral home. Even though the guy who assisted me told me that he loaded the query it will only be investigate monday. I am so heart broken indeed.
