They Don't want to pay a Valid Funeral Claim

FUNERAL CLAIM BENEFIT, this Company is playing with clients Money, They just don't want to give us. My father passed away, Leaving my brother as the Beneficiary on his Policy, My brother also passed away, and cannot claim the money. They told me to give them letter of Authority with my brother's name and late estate account, After 2 months of up and down, I finally got the documents and Gave them. Now Old Mutual change their story and now wants a Letter of Authority and Estate late account in my father's Name. Yet, the money is in my brother's name.🤔 (As the Beneficiary)

But the Money belongs to the Beneficiary, I gave them Beneficiary details and Estate account. They don't want to pay us at all.

I advise people to cancel their policy with Old Mutual, If I don't get that money, I'm going to Make YouTube, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, And Likee videos, warning people against this ********** company, they are running a **** for sure.......

You will use more money to fight fight for a lesser claim. You will use R10 000 fighting for R7000 (Example).
