They don't care

My husband has recently passed on and he had life insurance with old mutual. My first shock is that old mutual Sent me a list of documents that I must uplift for them. And now since I can't get those documents and government told me it can take up to 2 years to get the blood results. I called old mutual and I told them n they say they don't have a choice but to wait. I mean in 3 months we r going to be homeless and old mutual doesn't care about that. We r going to lose everything while waiting for 2 years. I never felt so betrayed its like we say we secure the future of our loved ones only not knowing that we r feeding them to the lions. How can u not care. What r we eating now. I can only imagine if it was my kids going around requesting documents that insurance needs. Why don't you go search for those documents like other insurances. Outsurance paid us after realizing it will take forever and we are people. We have accounts to pay, houses, cars and we do eat. Shame on u
