They didnt pay my money for my kids after i have saved from them 8yrs they olny gave me 1500

I just had bad experience with Old Mutual i had policies with them from 2007 i had 6 policies with the it was funeral and two education plan well unfortunately funeral plans got lapsed since i was no longer working still yet no one informed me that i can let them know that im no longer working well i turn to forget about old Mutual dat was 2007 then i have lost my job 2010 then later after 2yrs i got a call sayin i must bring my id and bank statement so i went den they put about 1500 from my accounts so i didnt know if it was for my first or my second child . 2013 i went and asked no one help me they said i have got the money and i have took it so they cant assist me because the reason i went was to ask is that all the money i have saved for two kids from 2007 till 2010 they had no answer for . So i couldnt get help any so i sat ,i didnt do anything so i went again yesterday i went again and they said they can not help because the system after 5yrs they shut it down, i said to them with our money , the guy who was assisting me well i guess u were supposed to asked dat person dat was help u 2013. Well so down and disappointed i have trusted Old Mutual and its not me old my have had same issue with her investment , they are ripping us off this insurance Company must closed, so pls help to get my money back here r my policy numbers for my Education plan ********** ********** 7 and ********** ********** 6 .
