They can't pay claims , the are crocks, robbing people

I'm very disappointed by this business I'm just ****** day light , but I still don't know what to do for now I need help from any lawyer , I putted the claim from April until now I never get any call or email from them telling me what is going to happen, and last of last week I was there in sunlum centre to complain and they said to me , I must go they will call me and they never done that , then this week I went to promenade mall branch they said they will call me thn the guy called me and said I must wait someone will call me, but today I was at Belleville branch they said me and my nephew we were not related ,the nephew is the one who passed away but April, and front April they were continuing to take the premium for the dead men, and the are saying their investigation says we are not related but they were calling only 1 person and there person told them that he is me nephew, and Old mutual says I said to them he was my biological brother but they never ask that to me when I was putting the claim , I'm just ****** by a big company, and it's clear I'm not the first one it's just that not everyone have this platform, there was no investigation , to call 1 men and say you investigated and decline the claim , so if you still think to join them you must know that they are not paying claim , I'm in all groups and pages in Facebook telling our people about these crocks now
