They are refusing to give me my money

Due to bad service and incorrect information they provided when i opened my policy i decided to cancel my policy with old mutual, and they assured me its cancelled and money was refunded to me. To my suprice they are still derbiting my account i have sent the proof of my statements but their consultant kept on sending me from pilla to post, they are not even returning my emails, i want my money as in yesterday i hate Old mutual for thinking that they can ***** from me, i call everyday wasting my airtym with no luck, i amn beyond angry im ****ed.
