They are refusing to cancel my policies

I have policies with old mutual. I have been trying to cancel them because I am in a tight spot and I need my money to clear of my levies as I have been struggling financially. Just yesterday I received court papers stating that they are going to auction off the only home I have but still old mutual is refusing to cancel the policies and give me my money. So am I going to loose my only home for my kids even though I have money that can help me clear out my issues? I am not asking for the loan but I am asking for my money. Surely you cannot be this heartless 😭😭. Just release my money so we don't end up on the streets with my children. I have sent the forms again. I don't need any phone calls or delay I just want my money to save my house. Don't call me just give me what is mine, if we end up on the streets it will be on you. Do not let me and the kids end up on the streets.
