Their don't care attitude sucks!

Old Mutual is such a disappointment. I decided to go with it because I thought it was a great,well known investment/finance company-it had a"good" reputation. Little did I know I would have to deal with staff members who only care about our money and not our wellbeing. I had added responsibilities and had been looking to move out on my own and rent so I decided; because I did not have enough money I needed to bring down the premium/ cover amount or even withdraw my policy.I got into contact with my finacial advisor and told her my plans[bringing my cover amount down/withdrawing],That was in March 2017 it is now 26 September 2017.I haven't heard anything from her,after numerous attempts to call her,watsapp her,e-mail her and massage her.

I decided to call old mutual and seek out another advisor who would assist me,it has been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for Belinda to get back to me after she promised me an e-email and after I have tried to call her sooo many times!!!

I am fed up!
