the worst terrible service ever.

on the 10th of Oct I went to old mutual diepkloof sqaure branch asking to withdraw from my investment account, I was told it will take 3-5business days & the consultant even got a sale out of me convincing me to open up an old mutual acc as that will help finds to be processed quicker and I agreed. 4 weeks later now 02-Nov am still waiting for my money which I was told 3-5business days and today as I visited the branch only then they were escalating it & told me to wait another 3-5business day so it's another week, from 5 days to 5 weeks am waiting for my money & guess they did not even try to call anyone to show that this is an urgent escalation & I walked out of the branch with not even any assurance of the escalation. the branch has no sense of urgency they no compassion at all. they just served me with zero care. am truly disappointed at this service & am moving all my policies & investments to another provider unless this is resolved & an apology is rendered to me from this branch. such a low way to treat a customer.
