The worst service in the industry

Just stay away, it is impossible to get feedback, and when you get hold of someone, they give false information or make false promises. In the past 3 weeks we've been promised outstanding documents 3 times and every single time they extend the stated SLA.

I've been busy with one client's investment since March and from the start they even provided investment statements with incorrect values. I don't even know how that is possible.

I've sent 44 emails during this process requesting information, following up and querying and that's excluding my team's calls and their emails following up. With other companies it takes around 10 emails back and forth and 2 months and the transfer process is done.

A waste of time.
