THE WORST SERVICE EVER
I made a withdrawal/divestment from Old mutual on the 05th Of Feb and to date I've yet to receive my funds. I have liaised with customer service and their complaints desk and nothing has been done in a week. This has been the worst service I've received in my entire existence. I have to continuously follow up with agents, if they choose to respond it's never a solution but pathetic excuses.
