The worst most terrible Service by date OldMutual ....

I have no words on how disappointed and disgusted on the Experience I have with Old mutual and if wheels could be turned I would cancel all my policies with this ************* Company .i wouldn’t even wish what they did to my worst enemy .now I truly know how frustrating it is to know you have someone in the family covered and they pass on .And you get nonpremium paid up in time to date only to end up buring your love on i a mess .i regret having opened an account with you guys .My brother was buried in harshness conditions thanks To old Mutual your Consultants in the offices are rude and not very helpful and very nosy too. You tell me when I app**** the funeral cover with you I ddnt not expect such ********** to happen .i don’t advice anyone to take any funeral cover with Old Mutual now I know Why the body was dropped at the door step I should of fine the Same .but I won’t take this down lying I will get legal advice .my brothers claim for +13 years period being with you and that’s the service I get shame on you .
