The worst financial institution in SA

I canseled my policy well on time with old mutual and the money was deducted still at the end of the month. I called their call center they said this is ****** standard that it will not stop deducting immediately all I need to send my bank statement and copy of Id. It’s been 10 days I call to enquire they are telling me is that it will take 45 working days for my money to be refunded. Basically what they are telling me is that I will have two deductions that will be pending jot paid while I have already canselled my policy. Old mutual is one useless money sucking organisation. I canselled because of financial problems now they are adding to my problems. This is the worst institution that one can invest in or even think of doing business with.
